RETURNS

You have 1 week to return any NEW item, with TAGS, no wear and tear (worn, ripping, tearing, snagging) , no perfume scent, no soiling or staining (food, lipstick, makeup, bleach, marker/pen, sweat, dirt, etc.) scent (perfume, body odor, mildew)

DISCOUNT ITEMS

*If DISCOUNT is applied items will be reimbursed to the price the item was purchased for (*Sale items and items with discount are different. Sale items are found on the sale/clearance section and price has been reduced. Discount items may be original price or sale price and "discount" was added at checkout). Discount products may be returned NEW with TAGS **return policies apply**

Unfortunately, shipping is not reimbursed for any type of purchase.

LAYAWAY

To process items on layaway you will need access to one of the following:

CHASE Quickpay- (through the CHASE Bank app)

Step 1: Add cocoandibiza@gmail.com to your add recepient list.

Step 2: Start sending your payments of as low as $10.00 until your due balance reaches $0.00.

Step 1: Download the app on you phone https://cash.app/

Step 2: Create your $cashtag and add your bank information

Step 3: Start sending your payments of as low as $10.00 to the cashtag $AileeneOrtiz until your due balance reaches $0.00.

**A minimum of $10.00 is required monthly to maintain your item on layaway. You can make payments daily, weekly, or monthly until you reach your balance. We will send you an email or text with your current balance every time we receive a payment. (to receive texts email us your phone number and mention you want to receive texts with your balance). If you miss a payment over the monthly time frame your order will be canceled and we will return your money from previous payments. You will have to replace the order and start payments again.

**Always keep your order number as we will link your order with either your CHASE recipient name or your $Cashtag.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours once order has been processed. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment (Debit/Credit Card). No Checks accepted ONLY Debit/Credit Card, CASHAPP Transfer, and CHASE Quickpay.
